Update 1: Parking Es Vedrà – Step 2 of the Route

At the moment, the parking area at the Es Vedrà viewpoint is closed.

Over the past few months, there has been a lot of uncertainty about what the municipality
is planning to do with this parking area. Current reports suggest that it may eventually
become an organised paid parking area, but so far nothing has been officially confirmed.

For now, we recommend driving a little further towards the bay of Cala d’Hort.
You can park there and walk towards the coastline.

From there, you can enjoy the view of Es Vedrà from Cala d’Hort itself, or continue a bit
further along the coastline where you’ll find several other beautiful viewpoints overlooking
Es Vedrà.

Update 2: Playa Es Bol Nou – Step 3 of the Route

Due to safety concerns related to possible falling rocks from the cliff,
this beach is currently closed and not accessible.

At the moment, the tunnel at Sa Caleta and the area around the bunkers are also closed.
There have been several developments in this area over the past few weeks, and it is expected
that a new museum will eventually be built here.

Because of this, accessibility to the spots around this location can change from week to week.

Of course, you can always decide for yourself whether you would still like to visit this area
and check if certain spots are accessible at the time you drive the route.

It is still a beautiful area to visit, and the lunch location is honestly amazing!

If you would like to go swimming, we recommend visiting the other beach included in the route.
