Renting a car is easily done in a few steps through the booking form:
1. You start the booking process by entering the dates, date, pick-up location and age.
2. Then you immediately see the available models and prices. There you choose a car that perfectly suits your needs.
3. On the next page you can find the extras, such as booking a child seat, additional driver(s) and/or the ‘all-in one’ insurance.
4. Then fill in the additional driver details and you can complete the booking process.
5. After you have completed the booking process, you will immediately receive a booking confirmation. Always check your spam or junk mail, sometimes the confirmation ends up there.
You can choose to pick-up the car at the airport (airport surcharge á €15), at the headquarters of the organization in San Antonio or have it delivered on location (for a rental period of at least 7 days and with a surcharge of €80 per trip).
If you want to pick up your car at the airport, you can do so at the P1 parking lot at Ibiza Airport. This parking lot is located directly opposite the arrivals hall, just a 2-minute walk away. Once you have made your booking, you will receive a confirmation email with detailed instructions on how to pick-up the car.
Option 1 ‘’deposit’’
The deposit is paid at the beginning of the rental period and refunded afterwards (in maximum 72 hours) if there is no new damage. Is there any new damage? Then the deposit is used to pay the repair costs. Should the repair be cheaper than the deposit, the remaining amount will be refunded. This insurance covers damage to third parties, occupants and theft. The amount of the deposit depends on the type of car.
Option 2 “all-in one” insurance:
For extra peace of mind, you can take out comprehensive insurance, which exempts you in case of any damage. You pay no deposit but a fixed amount per day. This insurance is the most comprehensive car insurance and covers any damage and associated repair costs.
There is no additional cancellation fee if you cancel more than 72 hours in advance. Do you cancel less than 72 hours before arrival? Then you pay:
Exception for the months of June, July, August and September for all automatics, jeeps, convertibles, minibuses, electric cars and other luxury cars. The following applies:
-Cancel at least 30 days before arrival? Then you pay nothing.
-Cancelbetween 30 and 15 days before arrival? Then you pay 10% of the total amount.
-Cancel less than 15 days before arrival? Then you pay 20% of the total amount (the minimum amount is always 2 rental days of the valid counter rate).
